Rapid drier
The rapid dryer ETC is constituted of two stacked channels in which gliders circulate in the direction opposite to the air flux. These two channels are linked up with their ends by a lift (up) in the front and a lift (down) devices in the back.
Two high resistance handling chains, on which gliders are fixed, allow the circulation in channels. Chains are driven by a gear-motor, equipped with a frequency inverter to insure the optimal precision of positioning of trays in front of the automatic loader / unloader.
Saturated air is extracted from the upper section of the dryer, at the entrance by helical fans.
His temperature is from 35 to 40 °C.
Hot air is provided by two built-in in the ducts gas burners regulated entirely automatically, and partially by the hot air recovered in the cooling zone of the kiln. This technology allows very important reduction of the burners consumption in the drier.
This hot air is introduced into the lower channel of drying by intermediate of two helical fans.
Centrifugal fans installed at the back of the drier, allow the circulation of hot air from the lower channel towards the upper channel.
