Belt-conveyer box-feeder
The box-feeder doses the clay for preparation or shaping lines. It allows to store raw materials and to manage the output of the installation.
Technical description:
— Loading reservoir is of very thick and very strength sheeting with walls which go from the back to the front and from the top to the downwards in order to make easier the distribution of the raw materials
— Rubber belt is on the rollers;
— The waterproof quality between the reservoir and the belt-conveyer is assured by rubber shields.
— The agitator is driven by gear-motor
— The belt-conveyer is driven by gear-motor with frequency inverter control;
— Connection box of couple limitation devices and of safety devices.
