Disintegrator
It allows to reduce the initial size grading of the clay lumps from 0 to 300mm to l0 to 25mm. This apparatus works correctly with humid clay.
Technical description:
— The frame in mechanic welded and stabilized steel is composed from two bearing support on which are set the slides of bearing.
— The smooth cylinder is controlled by gear-motor with belt transmission
— Adjustable scraper in manganese steel allows the cleaning of the smooth cylinder
— The percussion cylinder is dynamically balanced where the interchangeable straps in special steel resistant to wear and to shocks are installed
— The percussion cylinder is driven by electrical motor with belt transmission.
