Cylinder rolling mill
It allows to reduce the grading of clay particles until 0.8 — 1 mm according to the position of the machine at the preparation line. Material is compressed first, then rolled between cylinders.
Technical description: — The frame in mechanic welded and stabilized steel is composed of two bearing support on which are set the slides of bearing. — The shaft is in structural steel and guided on rotations, adjusted in the perfectly airtight steel mobile bearings. — The roller shells in steel allied with the chromium nickel. The assemblage of roller shells is accomplished on conical rings. — The easily interchangeable scrapers are supported under pressure on roller shell by pneumatic jacks with pressure control. — On every shaft with roller shell, a pulley with throats trapezoidal, of big diameter is installed. — The drive of every shaft is insured by an electrical motor of 4 poles and belt transmission. — The machine is equipped with pressure control by compression of vee-ring and a security «passage foreign bodies» by cramp of break.
