Multiwire cutter
This equipment serves to cut products. It operates the cut while the clay column is static: this technology allows to get precise cuts and very good geometry.
The cut is made between 3 or 4 horizontal wires. A waist of some centimeters is evacuated after every cut; this guarantees a constant length of cut in spite of difference of speed at each row of bricks.
An automatic unwinding machine of thread assures a non-stop running of approx. one week before wires replacement.
The maximum width of cut is according to models and goes from 800 to 1200 mm
The height of cut is 300 mm.
