Group of extrusion
The group of extrusion is composed from:
— A mixer with two shafts transversal to extruder.
— A vacuum extruder for shaping.
Mixer — type MCV 1030
The mixer brings the additionnal water necessary for extrusion. While operating on a ultimate agitation of clay it breaks-up the clay in fine particles, so that an intense de-airing takes place in the big vacuum chamber:
Technical description:
• Loading reservoir is of very thick and very strength sheet metal accomplished in the form of trough
• The pales of the mixer, made on steel resistant to abrasion, are put together on shells in two parts enveloping perfectly the drive shafts
• The drive of both shafts against rotary is assured by an engine and trapezoidal transmission and pneumatic clutch installed on pulley at the entrance of the gear box
• The humidification ramp is with a solenoid-operated valve and with a regulating valve
• The pre-compression screws in steel reloadable are accomplished with plan of diametral joint to make easier the maintenance operations
• The vacuum chamber of big capacity is endowed with two gates of access with ports and lighting.
Extruder
The extruder compresses the clay under vacuum and shapes the product when goes through the die
Technical description:
• The machine frame is entirely mechanic — welded, built in sheet metal of big thickness
• The elements of screw in steel reloadable are adjusted on the shaft. The group «screw — shaft» is floating in the machine and may be put or withdrawn easily
• The frame of the machine and the compression head are dressed in anti-wear removable concrete shells
• The hinged support on rolls of big capacity of load is installed in the back structure of the body, and is easily accessible
• The reduction gear with epicyclical trains, is free from any pressure, and well lubricated by an oversized lubrication station
• The feeders installed above the screw are controlled separately by gear-motor
• The control of the screw is accomplished by engine 4 poles, with transmission by trapezoidal belts and clutch with pneumatic commitment.
