This technology allows to reduce considerably the scrapers on cylinders and to increase their effectiveness. The necessary pressures of air for the jacks of scrapers are 50 % lower than habitual pressures. The in-service time of scrapers was multiplied by 7 because of the lubrication.

The effectiveness of grinding is better, besides, and power consumed by the roller mill is less from 10 to 15 % in comparison with necessary power of technology of before.

This installation of unloading-package stacks automatically the packets of bricks from layers taken on the kiln cars by the unloading gripper. Every layer of bricks is strapped horizontally and then vertically. The packet is endowed with two orifices which allow to the forks of the forklift trolley to pass.
